Digital Edge Dental Lab, LLC. Warranty
Digital Edge Dental Lab, LLC. warrants that all custom dental prostheses and products are fabricated according to your specifications and will fit the cast provided from your physical impression and/or digital scans. If a prosthesis or product fits the model but not the patient’s mouth, this indicates a discrepancy in the physical impression and/or digital scans, and Digital Edge Dental Lab will not be responsible.
Subject to the return of any restoration or product that has been placed and subsequently fails, the lab will repair or replace it at no charge for materials and workmanship under the following terms:
The fixed prosthesis is covered under the limited warranty against fracture or structural defects not caused by misuse, neglect, or accident. Cosmetic issues such as normal wear, discoloration, or minor chipping are considered maintenance items and are not covered under warranty.
Any implant-assisted or implant-supported prosthesis is not covered for failure related to the implant itself. Implant parts and components are not warrantied; please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for the specific implant system used.
Your account must be in good standing for any warranty to be honored. If a new impression, scan, or photogrammetry is requested and declined, the warranty will not be honored.
Failure to comply with these conditions will void warranty coverage.
Cases designed by an outside laboratory or third-party designer and submitted to Digital Edge Dental Lab for milling or manufacturing are covered by a limited manufacturing warranty.
Digital Edge Dental Lab warrants the restoration against defects resulting from the milling or manufacturing process in accordance with our standard warranty terms.
Because Digital Edge Dental Lab did not create or control the original design, breakage, fracture, failure, or other issues determined to be related to the submitted design are not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, insufficient material thickness, inadequate connector dimensions, improper contours, excessive cantilevers, unsupported areas, or other design-related factors that may affect the strength or performance of the restoration.
Digital Edge Dental Lab manufactures CopyMill cases according to the design files provided and is not responsible for the clinical or structural integrity of designs created by outside laboratories or third-party designers.
If a warranty claim is determined to be the result of a manufacturing or material defect attributable to Digital Edge Dental Lab, the case will be covered according to our standard warranty terms.
