CASE PLANNING
With the many variables involved in All-on-X cases, we believe the success begins at initial records with a great team. Collaborative case planning with the lab, surgeon, and dentist ensures a seamless process. Our conversion specialist will be there for your clinic to consult on everything from bone reduction, implant placement, proper function, esthetics, and adequate interocclusal space for the upcoming final restoration.We offer two types of temporary hybrids solutions and one permanent solution depending on which workflow you prefer. Our two types of temporary hybrids are either printed or milled. Digital Edge fabricates an esthetic printed temporary direct to MUA or if you have a printer in-house, you can print it yourself. Our milled PMMA temporary hybrids are direct to MUA. If you are looking for a more permanent solution, with EDGE24 instead of a temporary hybrid, we offer a permanent next-day fixed PMMA hybrid with a titanium bar.

CHAIRSIDE CONVERSION
Our lab has implemented the Imetric iCam4D photogrammetry technology into our workflow to achieve a passive fit of the prosthesis. It revolutionizes the workflow for multi-implant restorations with perfect full arch implant representation in under 10 seconds with photogrammetry. A perfect fit of the temporary depends on the ability to transfer the implant positions accurately to digital records. The complex task of taking impressions for a multi-implant structure is reduced to minutes. Our conversion specialist will arrive onsite with the iCam4D saving chair time, eliminating costs for materials, ensuring accurate and predictable results. They will be there for your clinic to consult on everything from bone reduction, implant placement, proper function, esthetics, and adequate interocclusal space for the upcoming final restoration. FINAL RESTORATIONS
Digital Edge’s final restorations offer strength, quality, and superior esthetics. Our fixed PMMA full arch hybrids are milled with pink acrylic and with a unique process to prevent teeth from debonding. Our fixed zirconia full arch hybrids are hand layered and the gum tissue is built up with porcelain for a natural appearance.
