Digital Edge Dental Lab warrants that all custom dental prosthesis and products are made according to your specification and fit the cast provided by your impression or scan (physical or digital). If the prosthesis or product fits the model but not the mouth, there is a discrepancy in the impression or scans provided and the lab will not be responsible. Subject to the return of the restoration or product that is placed and then fails, Digital Edge Dental Lab will repair or replace it without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship as follows:

• Zirconia crown – 1 year
• Temporary PMMA crown – 9 months

Our limited liability warranty also applies to All-on-X cases in the following regard:

• Provisional hybrid: 9 months
• PMMA or Zirconia Hybrid with titanium bar – 1 year. Implant bars with less than 12mm of interocclusal space and cantilevers that exceed 15mm are not warrantied.

Any implant assisted or supported prosthesis is not warrantied due to implant failure nor do we warranty implant parts or components. Please refer to manufacturers warranty for the corresponding implant system used.
Implant components such as transmucosal abutments (Ie. Multi unit, low profile, etc.), titanium cylinders, ti-base, and prosthetic screws are not warranted by Digital Edge Dental Lab. These items are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer.
All repairs or replacements must be completed in-house at our laboratory. Repairs made on any prosthesis or product fabricated by another laboratory and prostheses returned to us that show alterations by others, abuse, or misuse will not be covered by our limited warranty.
If new impressions, photos, and/or margins are requested and declined, warranty will not be honored.
The patient must see the doctor on an annual basis to maintain the warranty,
If a case cancellation occurs during the fabrication process, Digital Edge Dental Lab will halt production and only charge the costs incurred up to that point. No refunds will be issued, only lab credit.
